  • Why should I hire a wedding planner?

    A wedding planner is the prefect stress reliever for your big day. They take care of any and all emergencies that may arise such as surprise guests, seating arrangement issues, timeline issues, etc. They are the direct contact for all vendors on the day of the event, they distribute timelines create floor plans, handle crowd control and they create smooth transitions from cocktail to reception. They are your eyes and ears in your absence to assure your event is exactly as you envisioned it!

  • Will the wedding planner be at my rehearsal and ceremony?

    Absolutely! Our team will attend the rehearsal to assist the officiant in gathering and directing the wedding party. We will have a brief wrap-up meeting at the end of the rehearsal to discuss time of arrival on the day of the event. We will discuss what they should expect, where they should meet and we are there to answer any last minute questions. We will also be at the ceremony to assist with guest arrival, distribution of flowers amongst bridal party, line-up and processional music commencement.

  • How soon should I hire a wedding planner, once he pops the question?

    There is no better time than the present. The sooner the better. A planner should be part of your planning process to better understand your vision and ideas.

  • If I choose the day-of package, can I contact you throughout the year if I have any questions or need an idea?

    Yes, of course. Many planners being hired for the day-of will avoid additional communication from their clients until 30 days prior to their event. However we function a bit differently. We encourage communication from our clients and look forward to our chats. We will become your friend along the way and we love to hear from our clients throughout the entire process. We will assist with minor concept details, and we’re definitely available to answer any questions at all times.

  • What venues do you work with?

    We are able to work with any venue. From hotels and parks to estates and country clubs. We are flexible with your needs. Please visit our LOCATIONS link on our home page for additional information on some of the venues we’ve worked with in the past.

  • What vendors do you work with?

    While we work with an array of vendors, fitting for all budgets, we have our preferred network. Having a network is imperative for planners. It allows us to blindly allow our vendors the freedom to produce amazing opportunities with our clients, while trusting their capabilities and final products.
